Weight loss challenge, Day 80

Finally. After like what seems forever, because oops I skipped a hell of a lot of days. Anyhow…

80.    Write your current weight. Have you lost anything in the past week? If not, what are your plans for this week? + Today is the last day of this challenge. After writing your stats, describe how you’ll continue eating/exercising from now on!

I haven’t lost much within the past, like, month that I posted last. I’m kind of yo-yoing between 134 and 136, but I’m not letting that bring me down because I promise myself I will NEVER EVER EVER be above 140 again :)

My birthday is next week, Wednesday, and I’m hoping to keep my weight low. And I’m still going to try to reach my goal weight by (or before!) spring break

I’m not updating as much, but I hope I will keep updating my status and maybe post pictures when I see a difference.

75.    Do you have a „trigger food“? A type of food that is impossible for you to say no to or stop eating?

not really. probably extra cheesy goldfish, if anything :P

74.    Today you won’t count calories. You won’t look at food labels. You will try to eat intuitively. What does that mean? Eat when you’re hungry, don’t look at the clock! Eat whatever your body desires! Just make sure it’s healthy. If you crave anything sweet, eat it! But a healthy amount. And remember, today you must forget all about calories!

omg i thought this one was for today and it was for tomorrow…. i’m sorry but i don’t think i can do that twice in a row or i’ll get paranoid……….

73.    What do you usually order when eating out in a restaurant or at someone else’s house?

If I’m at someone else’s house and they are already making food, I will just have whatever they’re eating.

at a restaurant, i’m a VERY picky eater and I don’t like to try new things, so I’ll probably get caesar salad or soup or something

and then I rate it later to see if it is worthy of a second visit :O

72.    Do you eat the same meal as your family or do you eat specially prepared food?

my parents don’t really cook for the whole family. sometimes my mom will make me soup and then she’ll have kimchi or i’ll just make myself stuff

we don’t really eat the same stuff unless my mom makes fish or pasta or something lol

70.    Were you ever obese or underweight?

I have never been obese, and definitely not underweight, but I’ve been overweight (even just slightly). 

my highest bmi was about 25.06. (for comparison, i’m still around the 24 range)

69.    Which part of your body do you like the most and why?

um. my wrists? and maybe the back of my hands? because they’re the only part of my body that aren’t fat? o_O

hahaha but realistically maybe my legs because even though they aren’t thin, they’re leaner (i guess) than a lot of people i personally know, which i guess is nice.
